№ 01 — about

A law firm built around people, not paperwork.

For more than two decades, GWP has helped families, professionals, entrepreneurs, and vulnerable individuals navigate some of the most important decisions of their lives. Immigration law may be complex — but our role is simple: listen carefully, guide honestly, advocate relentlessly.

Our history & mission

Founded in Las Vegas in 2004, GWP began as a single attorney with one conviction: that immigrants deserve representation that is honest, rigorous, and humane.

Two decades on, that conviction still runs the firm. We’ve grown into a multilingual team serving clients across the country — but the way we work hasn’t changed. We listen first, we tell the truth, and we don’t stop until the matter is resolved.

Immigration is the most personal kind of law there is. We never forget there’s a family on the other side of the file.
№ 02 — what we believe

Four words we actually mean.

The principles below spell HELP — but they’re how we work, not a slogan on the wall.

H

Honesty

We tell you what we see, not what you hope to hear. A clear-eyed assessment up front is worth more than an easy promise that falls apart later.
E

Excellence

Every petition leaves our office built to withstand scrutiny. We sweat the evidence, the timeline, and the sentence-level details that quietly decide cases.
L

Love for the profession

Immigration law is intricate, ever-changing, and consequential. We study it closely because we genuinely love the craft of getting it right.
P

Passion for keeping families together

Behind every case is a family waiting. Keeping them whole is the reason the work matters — and the standard we hold ourselves to.
№ 03 — how we serve

Five ways we show up.

01

Family immigration

Reuniting spouses, parents, and children — and standing with them from the first form to the day they’re finally together.
02

Employment immigration

Helping professionals and the companies that need them turn talent into lawful status — from the first visa to the green card.
03

Humanitarian relief

Asylum, U visas, VAWA, and TPS — careful, dignified advocacy for people at the most vulnerable moments of their lives.
04

Citizenship & naturalization

The last step of a long journey. We make sure nothing stands between you and the oath you’ve worked years to take.
05

Removal defense

When the stakes are everything, we prepare, we appear, and we fight the case through every hearing and appeal it takes.
